When you browse

Our hosting provider records standard request data (such as IP address, browser and pages visited) for security and aggregate traffic statistics. We use privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics.

When you ask the assistant

Your messages, the page you asked from and a session identifier are stored so the conversation can continue and so a person can review it if you ask for help. Please do not type passport numbers, bank details or other sensitive identifiers into the chat.

When you ask to talk to an advisor

If you leave an email address, phone number or messaging ID, we use it to follow up on your question. It may be shared with the UNILINK advisor or licensed partner handling your question in the relevant country, and with no one else for marketing.

Partner links

When you follow a partner link, the partner's own privacy policy applies to what you do on their site. The link records which Intl Chat page you came from so we can attribute the referral.
